Cuberant Lakes Trail Description

The Cuberant Lakes Trail is a beautiful hike in the Western Uintas. This trail can get quite buggy in the early summer. If you are hiking in late June or early July, be sure to pack some bug spray or wear long layers to deter the mosquitoes. Mosquitos aside, this trail is gorgeous. With a series of alpine lakes, each seemingly more beautiful than the last, the hike to Cuberant Lake will leave you breathless at every turn.

To hike the Cuberant Lakes Trail, begin at the Pass Lake Trailhead on the north side of Highway 150. From the trailhead, follow the path west for about 0.4mi to a divide. At this divide, take the trail on your right to head northeast to Cuberant Lake.

Take a well-deserved rest on the shores of Cuberant Lake and soak in the incredible beauty of the Utah wilderness around you. Then, when you are ready to head home, simply retrace your steps back to the Pass Lake Trailhead, where you began.
