Devil’s Hole Overlook Description
As the Devil’s Hole Overlook Trail is within the arid environment of Death Valley National Park, it is important that you prepare yourself for the conditions. Make sure you are wearing sunscreen and a hat, and that you bring plenty of water with you.
Having parked your vehicle along Crystal Road, head northwest towards the trail in the foreground. Once on the trail, follow it north past the Devil’s Hole complex, and towards the high ground. After a few hundred feet, you will arrive at the overlook, where nice views of Devil’s Hole and the surrounding area can be enjoyed. When ready, backtrack your steps towards Crystal Road, making sure to stop at Devil’s Hole on your way through.
