Pine Creek Hike Description
Who doesn’t enjoy a riverside walk, right? The Pine Creek Trail has it all, it’s relaxed, scenic and meditative. Prior to your stroll along the riverbanks, you will have to descend a set of stairs. These steps are well maintained and easy to maneuver, but the way back up may leave you out of breath. Wear suitable shoes as the terrain along the creek is quite rocky.
Embark on your adventure from the Pine Creek Trailhead off the car park. Head down the stairs and cross the stream as you descend down into the valley. Once you meet Pine Creek the trail will divert west. Walk along the well-marked path as it hugs the curves of the serene creek. Continue along the river’s edge until you meet the turnaround point.
Retrace your steps back to the parking lot while admiring the views of the encompassing craggy cliffs and the valley creek.
