North Fork Coffee Creek Trail Description

The soothing sounds of the North Fork Coffee Creek provide your soundtrack to this epic adventure. Traveling deep into the wilderness you will explore the untouched backcountry by way of primitive overgrown trails. Ideal for those who don’t mind using their navigational skills or the trail GPS, the North Fork Coffee Creek Trail boasts a tranquil experience through the beautiful terrain. Don’t forget to be mindful of bears and consider bringing a bear canister or bear bell with you!

Setting out from the trailhead, the North Fork Coffee Creek Trail tracks northwest along the gurgling creek through the forested gulch. Enjoy the sounds of the babbling waters and the beautiful scenery of the charming creek. As you climb along the stream, the path will weave between exposed terrain and the shade of the tree canopy. Mind your footing on the rocky terrain, and keep an eye out for wildlife as you hike. Intersecting several streams along the way, you will eventually reach an intersection at Salon Creek.

Veer left here and hike a bit further to the trail’s end. If you have more gas in the tank and the path isn’t too overgrown, you can continue further, but we turned around here. To get back to the trailhead, simply backtrack the way you came.
