The Evans Creek Preserve Trail is a scenic loop with lovely views, taking you into nature without too much effort required. The Sahalee Way option gives you another choice for parking on the other side of the park. Friendly for all ages, this walk is a good choice for families. Those wanting to go a bit further can take advantage of the excellent signage to extend their trip.
Begin from the parking area. You’ll head out on the obvious trail as it zig-zags. Approaching the start of the loop, you can decide which way to turn. Go either way here- it’s not notably different whether you travel clockwise or counterclockwise.
There are junctions through the loop that you can use to add some distance, or you can stick to the basic trail for a quick outing. Follow the entire loop and then retrace your steps back to the parking area once you’re ready.
