Granite Mountain Loop Description

The Granite Mountain Loop is an enjoyable easy hike in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. If getting on top of mountains sounds like a bit too much work, just appreciate this one from all angles on solid ground, taking advantage of a relaxed, mostly flat trail. This route is great for all skill levels. This route can sometimes get crowded, but at off-peak times you might get lucky and have the place to yourself.
