Boundary Lake Trail Description

To reach the Boundary Lake Trail, follow the trail from the west side of the parking lot that leads to a meadow. The trail joins a gravel road that is a defunct Jasper Highway. Follow this for 1312ft and enter a forest.

Continue through the forest until you reach the shores of Boundary Lake. This lake is fed by the runoff from the Boundary Glacier, thus giving it a pristine turquoise colour. This is also an access point for climbers on the northeast face of Athabasca. Enjoy the solitude at this quiet lake before returning the way you came.
