Red Squirrel Trail Description

The Red Squirrel Trail is part of Jasper’s connector trails system that is filled with short trails whose purpose is to connect larger trails to town. That doesn’t mean anyone can’t take a stroll along these short connector trails on their own. Part of this easy trail parallels the Athabasca River while another section is on the Lac Beauvert access road. This trail is straightforward and signed to connect the Jasper Park Lodge with Old Fort Point trail. Enjoy views of the river and stunning vistas of Jasper Park Lodge on your light walk.
