Eureka Dunes Trail Description
As the Eureka Dunes Trail is not along a designated Death Valley National Park pathway, care should be taken when attempting. We recommend bringing some sort of mapping aid to help you navigate your way throughout the route. It is also important to remember that walking through fine sand is physically demanding, so take your time!
Having arrived at the trailhead, make your way to the east, keeping the sand dunes to your south. Continue on adjacent to the Eureka Dunes as the trail heads to the southeast, and then directly to the south. Once on the southeastern side of the dunes, the trail will lead you up and across the Eureka Dunes to the west. Stop to admire the views at the highpoint before reaching the trailhead shortly after.
