Indian Mountain Hike Deescription
Whether you are after sweeping landscape views or simply want to get outdoors for some quality exercise, the Indian Mountain Hike is a good route to explore the natural beauty of the Southern California landscape. Be sure to keep an eye out for passing vehicles, as this route is also an OHV trail.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the southeast along the forest service road and pass through an area that is sparsely populated with trees. Here, the trail will begin to turn more to the southwest, as you continue to gain elevation along the winding trail.
Eventually, you will arrive at the summit of Indian Mountain, where you can explore the area and take in the views of the surrounding mountains. From here, you can follow the same route back downhill to return to the trailhead where you began.
