Molly Hogan Trail Description
The Molly Hogan Trail is a moderate hiking route in Whistler that sets out from Meadow Park and skirts around the southern shore of Green Lake before turning south on a path to Lost Lake. With a route that passes by two scenic lakes, this hike is hardly short on amazing views; however, the initial portion of the hike does pass through some urban areas, making it the least-enjoyable part of the hike.
After passing by the turquoise waters of Green Lake, the route turns south and cuts through a forested area that has a dense network of hiking and mountain bike trails. It is best to keep a trail map or GPS handy for this section, to stay on the main trail. Eventually, the trail will loop around the eastern side of Lost Lake, a small but picturesque body of water that is popular with local residents. For the level of effort required to complete it, this intermediate-length hiking route is full of amazing sights and should make it onto your list if you are hiking in the Whistler area.
