Great views from the two high points. Lots of great landscape views along the way. Be determined - great for exercise and a sense of achievement to complete this one! Take a detailed map or you will get lost in in the wooded sections. Take good hiking boots/thick socks as a lot of the ground is flinty. Two pubs along the way break up the journey. Choose a rain free day as there are a lot of ups and downs which would be tough if wet and carry sunscreen and water/snack in a pack.
