Brewer Lake Trail Description

Escape the stressors of the real world along the Brewer Lake Trail. Explore the backcountry as you meander through the woodlands along the shared off-roading route. Note though much of the route travels through the woodlands, the wide path is primarily exposed, so make sure to wear sun protection to avoid overexposure. Additionally, when trekking with children and dogs, it is extremely important to the mindful of speedy passers-by! Note this route is only accessible from June-November!

Setting out from the trailhead, the Brewer Lake Trailhead tracks east along the Brewer Lake OHV Trail. Though not necessary, a trail GPS may prove useful as you venture into the wilderness. Following the Brewer Lake OHV Trail, the path will mildly undulate before climbing through the woodlands. When hiking in the spring, there will likely be several snow-melt streams to cross as you progress. Admire the grandeur of the looming pines and red firs, and you will eventually be delivered to Brewer Lake.

Admire the charm of the shimmering waters bounded by the towering conifers. Loop around the path, and you will soon reconnect with the Brewer Lake OHV Trail. From here, retrace your footing along the path all the way back to the trailhead.
