The White Pine Canyon Trail is a beautiful route through the forest just outside of Toole, Utah. This is a multi-use trail frequented by hikers, mountain-bikers, dog-walkers, and horseback riders. Throughout the majority of the year a beautiful waterfall graces this trail, and in the summertime White Pine Canyon is a great spot to see wildflowers.
Getting there
This hike begins at the White Pine Canyon pull-off along Middle Canyon Road, 5.5mi east of Toole, Utah.

White Pine Canyon Trail Description
The White Pine Canyon Trail is a gorgeous route used by mountain bikers, day-hikers, and horseback riders east of Toole, Utah. As this is a multi-use trail, keep your eyes and ears open while hiking, and allow faster folks to pass you by. Dogs are allowed on this trail as well, but keep in mind that you may encounter horses. If your dog is not comfortable coming into contact with other animals you should consider another trail. The White Pine Canyon Trail is a short hike along a well maintained path but it is steep and will get your heart pumping! Arrive with lots of water or save this one for a cooler day. If you are looking for an especially beautiful experience, try this hike in the peak of summer when the wildflowers are out in full force.
From the trailhead, follow the path as it curves south then west. At the junction at the natural spring, take a right to head to the end of the route.
When you’ve reached the trail’s end, simply turn around and follow your footsteps back to the trailhead.
