You’ll cover 13.0mi on this moderately trafficked route. Beware that some of the trail is subject to washout and the road to the trailhead is closed in certain weather conditions. Additionally, this trail is buggy, so bring a good spray.

Nothing breaks up a 13.0mi hike better than four gorgeous lakes, right? Take in Lake Dorothy, Bear Lake, Deer Lake, and Snoqualmie Lake on this epic adventure. It’s also a good option for backpackers who can make use of the lakeside sites.

Begin from the trailhead, heading down alongside the river. You’ll cross the water and soon arrive at Lake Dorothy. Hike down along one long lakeshore and begin a steep section up the ridge to Bear Lake and Deer Lake, curving along the northern shore of both.

The route switchbacks steeply down to Snoqualmie Lake, where your hike ends on the shore. Turn around here, take on the steep section you just descended, and then retrace your steps back to the trailhead.
