Getting there

To reach the trailhead for the Loddiswell, Topsham Bridge, and Woolston Walk from Loddiswell, drive east toward Station Road for 225ft and continue straight onto Station Road, following it for 0.6mi. Make a left here and keep on for 0.3mi to arrive at the starting point of the walk.

If you are looking for a relaxing walk set within a picturesque riverside landscape, then look no further than the Loddiswell, Topsham Bridge, and Woolston Walk. Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way north through the forest to follow closely alongside the winding banks of the River Avon. Eventually, you will cross over the scenic Topsham Bridge and continue on to the southwest, traversing the open countryside until you arrive in the village of Woolston. From here, you will traverse the rolling terrain to the south and pass by Loddiswell on the return to the trailhead where you began.
