Burro Wash Trail Description
The Burro Wash Trail is a fantastic out-and-back route in Capitol Reef National Park. This trail has a bit of squeezing and a bit of scrambling so arrive prepared with proper hiking shoes and an adventurous spirit. Bring lots of water on this route, and pack some tasty snacks to fuel your day exploring the Burro Wash. If you are up for the obstacle course, this hike is tons of fun.
From the parking lot, follow the trail along Burro Wash as it winds northwest. Once the wash becomes impassible, turn around and follow your footsteps back out to the trailhead.
