White Pine Hollow Trail Description
The White Pine Hollow Trail is a beautiful hike through the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest southeast of Salt Lake City. This trail is a challenging route for experienced hikers. With multiple stream crossings, hikers should be prepared to get their feet wet. We recommend bringing along an extra pair of dry socks and shoes for the drive home. If you are up for a challenging and adventurous day, the White Pine Hollow Trail delivers. With beautiful scenery, tons of wildflowers, and forest wildlife, this trail is a fantastic route in the Utah wilderness.
From the trailhead, follow the path south. Stay right at the first divide and left at the second divide. Continue through the hollow until you reach the trail’s end at Forest Road 160.
When you see the road, it is time to turn around and follow your footsteps back to the trailhead.
