While out hiking the trail, you will meander amongst the trees and take in the beauty of nature, before arriving at Knickerbocker Road and backtracking for the return leg. Hikers should take note that some of the land surrounding the trail is private property, so make sure to stick to the trail and be respectful.

San Bernardino Town Trail Description
Featuring easy to navigate terrain, a lovely forest setting, and a fairly short overall distance, the San Bernardino Town Trail is the perfect hike if you are just looking to enjoy some time outdoors without any hassle.
Setting out from the trailhead at the Snow Summit Ski Resort, you will head west past the chalets and follow the Town Trail as it enters into the tree cover. From here, you will continue on straight to the west, taking some time to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the forest, before arriving at the edge of Knickerbocker Road.
After reaching the road, simply turn back along the trail to retrace your footsteps and relive the scenery on the return leg back to the resort where you began your adventure.
