Wright Park Loop Description
Wright Park boasts over 600 trees and beautifully manicured grounds. It’s one of the nicest urban parts in Tacoma and is used by walkers, joggers, picnickers, and more. Enjoy some public art installations and a large playground in addition to your walk.
The walk begins from the southeastern corner of the park, looping up towards the pond in the middle and then wrapping to your left around the Central Green. Stop to throw some Frisbees or keep going to the southern side of the park, turning right to walk along the western perimeter and then along the northern perimeter before following the eastern side back down. Enjoy the trees, the pond, and the happy atmosphere here as you go.
