Difficulty Rating:
Beckler Peak is a heavily trafficked out-and-back trail in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest that is rated as moderate. While the first part of this hike is somewhat uninspiring, the views from the summit of Beckler East are wonderful and make the trip worth it.
The road to this trail is in poor condition, so we recommend a high-clearance vehicle. We also recommend arriving early to beat the crowds.

Beckler Peak Hike Description
Becker Peak is a fantastic vantage point, and the hike to reach it isn’t too difficult, offering a great effort to reward payoff. While the beginning of this trail is average in terms of views, the end makes it all worth it. Bring bug spray for this one.
The hike begins from the end of the road. From the start, note that there are two trails next to one another, and you’ll want to be on the left-hand one. Climb up through the forest on a wide, well-maintained track. You can push through the so-so sections of the trail to a small clearing on a saddle, where you’ll get a little taste of the views to come.
Continue on to the peak, hiking up a nice set of natural stairs. From the summit, the views are expansive. Enjoy this vantage point before retracing your steps back to the trailhead.
