Long Man of Wilmington Walk Description
The Long Man of Wilmington Walk is a beautiful stroll that integrates an array of stunning scenery. From the car park, wander through the path along chalk slopes to the Long Man of Wilmington figure, which some believe is from 300AD and is on a Roman coin, while others believe a monk created it in the 1300s. As you continue to follow the path, you will arrive at Lullington Church, and after you have explored this, continue to follow the path. You will come across open fields that showcase stunning views across the countryside, including the Litlington White Horse. As you move on, you will follow the path as you walk past cattle and Exmoor ponies until you reach the car park where you began.
