Pika’s Traverse Trail Description
Pika’s Traverse to Whistler Mountain is a popular trail that climbs uphill from the Roundhouse Lodge to the top of the peak. Portions of this trail are fairly steep, so proper hiking footwear is highly recommended while climbing the iconic peak. After making your way up the gondola, set out from the lodge on Pika’s Traverse, climbing uphill and skirting around Whistler Glacier to reach Matthew’s Traverse. From here, make your way up to the peak to enjoy gorgeous 360° views that overlook the entirety of the landscape around Whistler. When you’ve wrapped up your time atop Whistler Mountain, make your way back down the same trail to the Roundhouse Lodge where you began your hike.
