Culloden Woods Walk Description
The Culloden Woods Walk makes for a fantastic family-friendly adventure, replete with a woodland setting and historical remnants embedded with stories. Throughout this walk, you’ll pass by various relics, such as the Prisoner’s Stone, Lord President’s Seat, and St. Mary’s Well.
From the car park, go southwest towards a junction, where you’ll turn right to loop around through the forest, eventually meeting back up with the same intersection to head back to your car. The network of paths makes it easy to extend your walk to ensure you see everything, so feel free to create your own adventure!
Note that some users have reported complications when it comes to parking, so ensure you have your GPS downloaded before, so you can have an idea of where the trail begins!
