Your journey along the Wildcat Camp Trail to Alamere Falls Hike begins from the Stewart Trailhead. From here you will be guided along the Stewart Trail, which follows a gradual incline to Firtop Mountain. Here you will encounter a busy intersection of trails; ignore these and continue along the Stewart Trail. This lengthy path will weave between woodlands and exposed meadows to Wildcat Campground. From here, you will be led down to the beach, where you will begin your trek southeast towards Alamere Falls.
Though there is no marked path, you can follow the crowds of people to the tidal falls that spill over the headlands. Marvel in the mesmerizing views of the falls and, when you are rested and rehydrated, retrace your footing along the path back to the trailhead.
