The trail sets out from the Wincle Brewery, and follows along the winding banks of the River Dane to the southwest. After a short uphill climb, you will pass through serene stretches of woodland and picturesque fields as you cut across the landscape of the Peak District. After arriving in Wincle, follow the road south to return to the brewery where you began, making sure to stop in at The Ship Inn along the way for some post-walk drinks.
