Goldie and Flower Lake Loop Description
The Goldie and Flower Lake Loop is a popular trail in the Mount Seymour Provincial Park area due to its short length and minimal elevation changes. The rocky path can become very muddy in wet weather, so make sure that you wear proper hiking footwear to avoid slipping along the trail.
This 2.0mi trail passes over a few mountain streams and skirts around the shores of both Goldie and Flower lakes. Beautifully serene, the route is a great introduction to backcountry hiking as the trail is fairly rugged and can become blanketed in snow later in the year, but is still located close enough to a main road and within cell phone service.
