Killerton Park Trail Description
If you enjoy visiting historic country houses and exploring their extravagant estate grounds, then the Killerton Park Walk is a great option if you find yourself in Devon. Setting out from the car park, you will make your way around the 18th Century Killerton House and pick up the trail leading north that will take you on a loop through a beautifully atmospheric forest near the banks of the River Culm. After traversing the hilly terrain, the trail will bend to the southwest to traverse some open fields before turning to the east to once again pass by the country house on the return to the starting point of the walk.
