Panorama Point Trail Description

The Panorama Point Trail is a beautiful hike just up the road from the Capitol Reef Visitors Center. This trail does not have any shade, so make sure you wear sunscreen and a good sunhat. The views from Panorama Point are absolutely breathtaking. This is a great spot to go with loved ones and watch the sunset after a long day exploring Capitol Reef National Park.

From the trailhead, follow the short path to Panorama Point Overlook.

Soak in the incredible view from the overlook before heading back to the trailhead. If you are keen, there is a short trail that continues south from Panorama Point to the Gooseneck Overlook and Sunset Point.
