Getting there

From Boulder, Colorado, head up Boulder Canyon 119 towards Nederland. Approximately halfway up the canyon, turn left onto Magnolia Rd. This is a steep and curvy road that eventually turns into a dirt road. Trailhead parking is along the side of Magnolia Rd. at a gate that blocks the entrance to a forest service road.
