Chalton Circular Walk Description
The Chalton Circular Walk provides amazing views while getting a great workout. One steep gradient will elevate your heart rate, but otherwise, this route remains relatively flat, granting the chance to revel in the expansive countryside scenery. Panoramic views can be seen throughout this path and are full of wildflowers in the spring and summer months. Ensure you are prepared to navigate some stiles and gates along the way: wear comfortable walking shoes.
Setting out from your car, you’ll head back towards the centre of Chalton before turning left to veer in front of Red Lion Pub. At the end of the pub, take a left, walking in the direction of the church’s entrance. Notice the footpath fingerpost on your right and go through the gate. Continue walking along this path in a counterclockwise direction, looping back to where you began.
