Cibola Pass and Jordan Trail Loop Description
The loop between Cibola Pass and Jordan Trail is a great, easy hike suitable for the whole family. With a little more shade than some other hikes in the area, it’s a good pick on sunny days. This area can be a touch confusing where the trail isn’t as obvious. We recommend downloading a GPS track ahead of time. Additionally, keep an eye out for mountain bike traffic.
Beginning from the Cibola Pass Trailhead, head across the wash, staying straight through the first junction with Brins Mesa Trail and Jordan Trail.
Climb up out of the wash and continue with Morning Glory Spire and Cibola Mitten to your right. At the next junction, turn left onto Jordan Trail. If you wanted to head up to the seven Sacred Pools before finishing your loop, you would go right and hike around the base of the spire.
Take another left at the junction with Powerline Plunge Trail and then go left again to follow the road back to the trailhead.
