Masham and Swinton Circular Walk Description
The Masham and Swinton Circular Walk is a great opportunity for a day out with the family. Beginning at the Country Club and Spa car park, walk to the entrance and begin your walk and pass the Swinton Park gatehouse and the Masham Golf Course. Following along the edge of the golf course, you will also walk along the River Burn, catching glimpses of it as you continue along the path. For the next little bit of your stroll, you will have to navigate multiple stiles and gates and will walk along numerous fences. Continue to follow this path, eventually reaching Low Burn Bridge.
Pass through the gate at the bridge and continue along the footpath crossing with the River Ure. As you move along, you will pass Glebe House, as well as Masham Market Place. After you make your way around, some people like to stop at the Terrace Bar for refreshments.
