Caballero Canyon Trail Description
If you are after a rugged adventure near Los Angeles that isn’t overly long, then the Caballero Canyon Trail is a great route to explore. When you’ve finished, be sure to check out the Caballero Canyon and Reseda Loop Trail.
Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the southwest, following along the path as it runs parallel to the banks of Caballero Creek. Eventually arriving at a fork, you will keep right and continue further uphill for views across the undulating landscape.
From here, the route will continue east along Mulholland Drive for some more incredible views, before looping back around to the fork from earlier in your hike. At this point, simply retrace your steps back downhill through the canyon to return to the trailhead.
