Beaver Pond Trail Description
The Beaver Pond trail is a short and simple trail that is popular in Elk Island. It has a small day use area with public restrooms in the parking area. The trail leads directly east out of the parking area and travels 1640ft to Beaver Pond where it comes to a junction. Take the trail to the left to begin the loop on the lollipop shape of the route. Fulfill the circle and come to the junction at the pond to return to the parking area.
There is some gentle incline on the trail, but it is suitable for all experience levels. Bring microspikes on snowy days as the trail can get slick. Enjoy!
