The Palmer Park Ramble is an exciting fresh air adventure in Colorado Springs. Disengage from the stressors of the real world and reconnect with nature as you explore the unique landscape. Littered with interesting spires, columns, and outcroppings, you could spend the whole day wandering around the park. Additionally, you will be granted epic views of the city and the foothills that line the horizon. With countless trails, you can customize this trek to your desired length! This park is a great escape, and the crowds it draws are a testament to its beauty.

Embark on your adventure along the Palmer Park Ramble from the trailhead off Paseo Road. From here, track the Palmer Park Trail west. Lined sparingly with mixed pines, you will be rewarded with a few patches of shade, but for the most part, the route is exposed. Continue along the path as it guides you north before weaving east onto the Kinnickinnick Trail. Soon you will pass the Kinnickinnick picnic area before crossing over Paseo Road. Here, turn right and hike south along the Palmer Park Trail.

Eventually, you will want to merge onto the Greencrest Trail. This path will guide you past the dog park, where you will reconnect with the Palmer Park Trail that will deliver you back to the trailhead, marking the end of your adventure.
