Embark on your adventure along the Helen Hunt Falls via North Cheyenne Canyon Hike from the Columbine Trailhead on the southern side of the North Cheyenne Canyon Road. From here, head west along the babbling creek, soon crossing over to the northside of the road. As you wander, enjoy the sights of the grand outcrops that line the path and the towering pines that provide shade. Soon the path will begin to climb, delivering you to an intersection. Here, keep left continuing along the Columbine Trail. As you ascend the terrain, you will be granted lovely views of the canyon below, and you will eventually reach the trail’s end at Helen Hunt Falls.

Revel in the sights of the cascades, then track the Silver Cascade Falls Trail up and over the falls to the second cascades along your journey. Admire the mesmerizing cascades, then when you are ready, begin your return. To get back to the trailhead, backtrack along the path.
