Herbert Lake Trail Description:
From the parking lot, head left towards the bathrooms, where you will find the trail. This hike is 1.0mi, so it won’t take very long. This is a very accessible hike and a great stop for the whole family. Picnic tables and amenities are situated at the parking and day-use area if you would like to add on a picnic or rest.
From the trailhead, continue south along the trail between the lake and the highway. The trail will soon start to curve to the right, making its way around the lake.
