The Bryce Canyon Rim Trail is a fantastic hike in Bryce Canyon National Park. With over 10.0mi of trail, this hike is a great way to spend the whole day exploring the park. On this trail you will pass by some of the most iconic viewpoints in Bryce Canyon National Park including Sunrise Point and the three Inspiration Point Overlooks, all of which are guaranteed to leave you feeling inspired.
Getting there
From the Bryce Canyon Visitors Center take your first left onto Fairyland Road and park at the east end. The Bryce Canyon Rim Trail begins here.

Bryce Canyon Rim Trail Description
The Bryce Canyon Rim Trail is a fantastic way to tour Bryce Canyon National Park. This trail is long, so be sure to wear supportive, yet comfortable footwear, and bring more water and snacks than you think you’ll need. If you are hiking in the heat of summer, it is very important to bring along extra sunscreen to re-apply throughout the day. On the Bryce Canyon Rim Trail, you will earn yourself fantastic views of the Utah Landscape. Be sure to stop for a photo-op at Sunrise Point, Sunset Point and each of the three Inspiration Points – the views from these overlooks will leave you breathless!
From the Fairyland Trailhead, follow the Rim Trail as it winds south past the North Campground, and Bryce Canyon Lodge all the way to the trail’s end at Bryce Point Road.
When you reach the road, simply turn around and retrace your footsteps back to the trailhead where you began.
