Day 1 Arrival in Tashkent
Arrive in Tashkent and meet your guide. You’ll be drive to your accommodation and enjoy a welcome dinner.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Samarkand
After an early breakfast, transfer to Samarkand by express train. Once there, take a sightseeing tour in Samarkand.

Day 3 Briefing and Horseback Riding to Nuratau Mountain
This morning, transfer to Eski Forish village. Start with a briefing on horseback riding basics and meet your horse for the day. You’ll ride from Eski Forish via the stunning Asraf Valley, then on to the Nuratau Mountain village of Uhum.
In town, visit the old watermill, which is still in use, and the ruins of and ancient fortress.

Day 4 Horseback Riding to Sentyab Village
Eat breakfast, then head out for guided horseback riding from Uhum via Majerum to Sentyab village. You’ll stop in Majerum village for lunch. The village is surrounded by a shady mulberry grove, and in its vicinity, there are ruins of a mosque and an old village. The arbor vitae is located within the border to the State Nature Reserve but can be visited for a fee. A lot of local beliefs and legends are related to this gigantic old tree. Local people tie ribbons to it in the hope that their wishes come true.
Arrive in Sentob village and settle into a guesthouse.

Day 5 Hiking to Kadvan Valley – Aydarkul Camp
Today sees you exploring by foot. You’ll hike up the Kadvan Valley, which has a spectacular view of Sentob village, the river canyon, the peaks of the Nuratau Mountains, and Lake Aydar. The valley is also one of the best places in Uzbekistan for birdwatching.
Next, you’ll transfer to the Aydarkul yurt camp. Here, you can explore the camp grounds and surroundings by camel. In the evening, enjoy sitting around the campfire, listening to an Akyn – Kazakh folk singer.

Day 6 Bird Watching in Aydarkul Lake – Bukhara
