Fundy Trail Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Briefing in
Upon your arrival in St. Martins, rendezvous with your guides and support team to go over some hiking tips and review your backpack. Make a quick stop at the Shipyard Cafe before hitting the trailhead. Your guides will prepare a trailside lunch on your way to your first camp. Our recommendation, take in some stars this night because you’re in the UNESCO Fundy Biosphere Reserve that is part of the longest stretch of wilderness coastline on the eastern seaboard, there’s practically no light pollution!

Distance: 14km, 500m of ascent, 5-6 hours
Meals: Dinner
Day 2 Trekking to the second camp
This morning, your guides will prepare breakfast and coffee or tea before heading back on the trail. Discover the land’s natural and cultural history through your guide’s interpretation and stories. Arrive at your second camp, where your support team has once again set up your accommodations and brought in fresh food.

Distance: 11km, 550m of ascent, 5-6 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 3 Trekking to the third camp
Wake up again amongst the trees and continue on the trail. The Fundy Footpath’s elevation and terrain can be challenging. Your guides will make sure you are taken care of and will have lots of tips on how to conquer the trail. Once again, your meals will be accompanied by the view along the picturesque Bay of Fundy.

Distance: 12km, 600m of ascent, 6-7 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 4 Views towards Nova Scotia
You've finished over half of the Trail! This is an accomplishment on its own. Looking out across the Bay of Fundy, you will also be able to see the province of Nova Scotia. Take in the natural history on the formation of the Bay and how it gets its highest tides.

Distance: 10km, 450m of ascent, 4.5-5.5 hours
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
Day 5 Finishing and shuttle back to St. Martins
Congratulations! Today you finish your Fundy Footpath expedition! Your last breakfast at camp with your team is a time to celebrate as you are in the home stretch. Once you finish the trail, shuttle back to St. Martins and exchange numbers and photos with your new adventure friends.
