Day 1 Arrive and Enjoy First Taste of Aragon
Check-in to your Spanish accommodation today and dive into your tour briefing to get a run-down on the days of adventure ahead. Your guide will then take you on an excursion around the area to get your bearings and familiarize yourself with your destination for the week!
After a visit to the Monastery of San Victorian and a lunch break, you will start a 1-hour hike towards the hermitage of La Espelunga, built on the cliff. At the foot of this limestone wall, you will take a path cut into the rock and discover the first architectural and cultural jewel of Aragon.
At the end of the day, return to yuor hotel where you’ll have a briefing on the canyon equipment, then first glimpse of Spanish gastronomy for dinner!

Day 2 Canyoning in the Rio Yaga
After a first night in your base camp of the week, today you head to the quiet village of Estaronillo and for a leisurely hike-in to the canyoning site. Arriving at the banks of the Rio Yaga and its clear turquoise waters, you will have a picnic before tackling the upper part of this first river. On the program: chaos, boozy abseiling, narrow passages between vertiginous limestone walls, jumps and slides in a long mineral corridor. What a treat!

Day 3 Hiking Day Above the Gorge
Today you head to Escuain and the San Vicenda pass for a day hike to discover the natural and cultural wonders of the region. At the gateway to the Monte Perdido National Park, you will have the opportunity to visit a typical village of this region and discover Aragonese agro-pastoralism with its terraced fields and authentic summer huts. Always accompanied by your guide and his tips and anecdotes, you will take a path to overlook the impressive Escuain Gorge on this day to finally arrive at the San Vicenda Pass and its magnificent view of the Anisclo canyon.

Day 4 Free Day
After a lie-in or a good breakfast, it's up to you to decide on the program today! You can discover the medieval village of Alquézar, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Perched at an altitude of 660m on the banks of the Rio Vero, you can stroll through its narrow streets between its typical houses with ochre facades emblazoned to the Plaza Mayor with its charming arcades and taste tasty tapas... Or simply stroll along one of the many rios in the region and get ready for the exciting day that awaits you tommorow in the Vio Valley!

Day 5 Wild Canyon in the Vio Valley
Another day of canyoning awaits! First, you take the steep-sided road of the Rio Bellos gorge, which leads you to the beautiful village of Buerba. There, magnificent views of the Anisclo Canyon await you as well as an hour's approach to reach the start of the canyon. You will then discover the Yesa gorge and one of the wildest and most preserved rivers in the Vio Valley which will certainly offer you memorable descents and swimming breaks!

Day 6 Last Canyon: Miraval Gorge
To end this week of adventure and culture on a high note, you take advantage one last time of the breathtaking landscapes of Aragon for an ultimate water activity. With your neoprene wetsuit and helmet on, you will explore the Gorges du Miraval today on an aquatic hike for memorable moments in this exotic setting. At 4 pm , your tour will end at the Hospital de Tella.
