Day 1 Your Adventure Starts in Ljubljana

Your tour starts with an orientation meeting in Ljubljana. When you’re ready, you’ll start your ride from the center of the city towards Bled. When you arrive at Lake Bled, expect this beautiful lake town to take your breath away.

Take an evening stroll along the lakeshore to enjoy the view of the picturesque island on the tranquil lake.

Day 2 Valley Ride to Kranjska Gora

Enjoy the morning in Bled, and then start your journey into the mountains. Cycle through the Radovna Valley and enjoy the stunning mountain views on your way to Kranjska Gora, a lively alpine town at the foot of the Alps.

Day 3 Cycling Towards the Carnic Alps

Today you’ll be riding the quiet roads into Italy. Your route will take you to the pretty hilltop community of Tarvisio. You’ll be riding through lush rolling hills with the rocky Carnic Alps rising in the distance. What a welcome to this gorgeous country!

Tonight you’ll be staying in the historic town of Hermagor nestled in the valley surrounded by majestic mountains.

Day 4 Ride Through the Mountains of Austria

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll start another amazing day of riding through the mountains. You’ll be pedalling along the rolling hills of Austria while breathing the fresh mountain air.

Cycle to Obertilliach where you’ll spend the night in this quintessential Tyrolean town surrounded by the peaks of the Dolomites and the Carnic Alps.

Day 5 Cycling in the Italian Alps

You’ll spend today riding through the beautiful mountains of Tyrol. Cross the Italian border and ride to the mountain town of Toblach, taking some time to enjoy the views of the spectacular peaks that surround the town.

Your day ends in scenic Cortina D’Ampezzo, a ski resort town nestled in the heart Italian Alps.

Day 6 Bike Paths to Lago di Santa Croce

You have a long distance to cycle today, but it’s on nice, mostly downhill bike paths so you can focus on taking in the views! Your path will lead you to the spectacular alpine lake of Lago di Santa Croce. You’ll spend the night on its shores in Farra D’Alpago so you can admire the reflection of the mountains on the lake's glassy surface.

Day 7 Ride to Historic Treviso

After breakfast, you’ll grab your bike and start the ride to Treviso. The route you’ll take is on the quiet back roads through the countryside with only a few short climbs.

When you arrive in Treviso you’ll want to spend some time exploring this medieval city with canals and architecture similar to Venice but without the crowds!

Day 8 Journey to Venice

Accommodations for 8 nights are included. Accommodations before the tour in Ljubljana and after the tour in Mestre or Venice are not included but can be added as a supplement. You can upgrade your hotel to 4-star accommodations for the duration of the tour for an extra charge.

Transportation during the Tour

Transport between the airport and the first and final hotel is not included. Your main luggage will be transported between Ljubljana and Venice, but you’ll be carrying the gear you need for your trip on your bike. If you prefer to have your luggage transported between each of the hotels you can add this service for an extra charge.
