Tuscany

Oh, Tuscany. Just that one word conjures images of a holiday filled with rolling hills of vineyards and olive groves, delicious meals to be had at every bend, centers of art and culture; all found in between the peaks of the Apennine mountains stretching to the beautiful Tuscan coastline and outward to the beaches on the island of Elba. Tuscany is sure to be found on any traveler’s bucket list. The entire region lends itself to exploration and adventure.

There are never ending options for things to do in Tuscany. You can find yourself at the centers of history, art, architecture, and culture such a Florence, Pisa, Sienna, and Lucca, where you can spend days walking the streets taking it all in. Or change course and head higher to the mountains or lower to the coast and embark on beautiful walks through the countryside, stopping to take in the sprawling views or a winery tour or two. Perhaps a little R & R is what you are after, and a quick trip to the beach., Resting in the sun with the fresh ocean breeze will be the best way to while away an afternoon.
