Tuck and Robin Lakes Hike Description

Searching for a hike that’ll equally challenge and reward you? Give the trek to Tuck Lake, Robin Lake, and Granite Mountain a try. Doing this entire route in a day makes for a solid challenge, but you can also complete a portion of this hike for a shorter trip. We Strongly recommend downloading your GPS track ahead of time to help with a few sections of routefinding. Additionally, prepare for sections of trail that are a bit loose and technical.

Begin from the trailhead, hiking a mostly level section past Hyas Lake. Take Deception Pass Trail as it turns right to climb the valley wall. At the junction, stay right. Rest a moment here, as there’s some heavy climbing up next. Grind up a steep jaunt to Tuck Lake and then navigate east to Robin Lakes. Go between the two lakes atop the ridge, heading roughly southeast, to climb the ridge to Granite Mountain. From here, you’ll head back the same way you came.
