Bear Lake Trail Description

The Bear Lake hike makes for a fantastic day-trip getaway from Prince George—or you can make a few days out of it by booking a spot at the Crooked River Provincial Park Campground. Enjoy the short circumnavigation around the lake before spending the rest of the day relaxing on the sandy beach. Setting out from the car park, head directly to the lake and follow Bear Lake Trail to walk around it. You can go in either direction, but our route takes you left.
