Blue Grouse Mountain Hike Description

The Blue Grouse Mountain Hike in the Okanagan Valley is a challenging but rewarding hike that unveils views of the lakes and rolling hills sketched across the landscape below. From the parking area, you’ll follow a wide 4×4 path for a few hundred metres until you reach a junction. You’ll see a path with a steep ascent and another trail veering right. Follow the steep path to the left—but don’t worry, you’ll only have to endure about 30 minutes of huffing and puffing before the trail evens out a little! Shortly after this initial intersection, you’ll see an orange marker on a tree, indicating where to go. Continue along this path to the top. Be sure to keep left at every intersection, even if you see orange tape directing you elsewhere. To get to the top, you need to stay on the main path!

Bring a lot of water if it’s hot out!
