Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way to the southeast along Green Road, before turning left onto Ballynahinch Road. Here, you will climb slightly uphill to the north and enjoy some nice views of the surrounding fields, eventually splitting off to the right onto Limehill Road.
Follow this until it merges back onto Ballynahinch Road, making a sharp left here to follow it south.
