The Moab Rim Arch and Tukuhnikivista Arch Trail is a lovely hike just south of the city of Moab. This trail is used by both hikers and OHV/ATV drivers. The Moab Rim Arch and Tukuhnikivista Arch Trail leads to two stunning arches that get few visitors compared to the sandstone structures in Arches National Park. Dogs are also allowed on this trail, but must be kept on leash for the duration of their hike.
Getting there
The Moab Rim Arch and Tukuhnikivista Arch Trail begins on the west side of highway 191, 5 miles south of Moab, UT.

Moab Rim Arch and Tukuhnikivista Arch Trail Description
The Moab Rim Arch and Tukuhnikivista Arch Trail is a low-traffic hike to two spectacular arches just outside of Moab. This hike is along a 4 x 4 trail so be aware of any ATVs or OHVs trying to pass you by. The Moab Rim and Tukuhnikivista Arches don’t get a lot of visitors, so you might be lucky enough to have this trail all to yourself out there.
From the trailhead on the west side of 191, follow the path 0.8mi to a T-intersection. Take a right to head north. The trail will divide 0.4 miles later, just stay right and continue northwards for 0.9mi to Moab Rim Arch. Tukuhnikivista Arch is just 0.5mi up the trail from Moab Rim Arch.
