Centennial Falls Trail Description

The Centennial Falls Trail travels through a lush forest cloaked with moss, boasting an enchanting ambiance. While the hike is short, the terrain is steep, and when it’s wet, it becomes very slippery—take your time navigating the path when this is the case. Be sure to bring your camera; the scenery along this route is quite photogenic.

When you ultimately reach the trailhead after a long winding drive, you will welcome an escape into the wilderness. Setting out from the trailhead, you will be guided southwest into the heavily wooded forest. Enjoy the shade of the closed tree canopy, and you will soon reach a bench that overlooks a small cascade. Enjoy the scene, then continue along the path. After some hiking, you will reach Centennial Falls.

Revel in the beauty of the luxuriant scene, with the fern-framed falls cascading over the gorgeous moss-covered ridges. Admire the mesmerizing waterfall, then head back to the trailhead the way you came.
